We look after many older adults. Some want to keep fit, healthy and injury free, so they can enjoy tennis, golf and a full social calendar for many years to come. Others are managing serious health conditions, such as multiple sclerosis, cancer, diabetes and insulin resistance and want to stay as strong and mobile as possible to make daily life that little bit easier. We are yet to find a client we can't train. Everyone is welcome, accommodated for and looked after with the greatest care.
