Pregnancy Exercise
Our pre-natal program is designed to enhance the wellbeing of mother and growing baby, promote an easier birth and faster recovery. These small group sessions last for one hour and comprise everything the pregnant body needs - exercises for aerobic fitness , strength and tone, abdominals, lower back, pelvic region and stretching.
Studio sessions - during the week there are morning, lunchtime and evening sessions in the studio (please see timetable for times). These include the use of cardio machines, weight training machines and DBs as modified for pregnancy, fitball and mat work.
Park sessions - on Saturday mornings there are sessions in Centennial Park (please see timetable for times). These sessions include the use of fitballs, medicine balls, DBs, therabands and mat work. Go to the Locations page for details of the meeting point.
Just bring a water bottle - everything else is provided
Wet weather - you will receive a text message between 7am and 8am advising you to go to the Studio. Call or text Rachel on 0402 903 732 if you are lost, late or want to change to a later class.
